Constitution Committee? Texas Constitution is basis for Tx law (changed to this a long time ago). US Constitution is NOT, it is a framework of 'rights' around which law is written. So US says no law for Gov. that doesn't apply to citizens and gives the RIGHT to bear arms. What the heck is problematic?
