Why is the tools bar grayed-out, preventing me from adding a photo, making text bold, etc?

It appears maybe I can add an attachment, but I can’t insert a photo.

Hmmm, tried on my phone using both Safari and Chrome with no issue. At this point, it’s beyond my technical know how.

I’m using Chrome with my iPhone.
I’ll try restarting my phone. => restarting my phone didn’t help.

I was having this same issue on my WIn7 plus Firefox for months. I finally had some other Firefox issues which required a full uninstall and a new installation. It seems to be working since then. Somewhere in there I had to go in to my firewall settings and re-authorize Firefox. I don't really know which "fixed" my issue, but it is now working. That is the extent of detail I can provide.

Thank you - the issue is for sure on my end and the same kind of problem you had. I don't have the problem with my tablet. Its just my phone... Who would have thunk, twenty years ago, someone would complain about their phone having internet issues?
