    I did get to take a Zero for a test ride a couple years ago at Barber Vintage. Overall, it was a really nice motorcycle. Tons of power and torque, perfectly smooth, and otherwise a nicely built bike. The range was said to be about ~150mi depending on how you ride.

    I'm not giving up my ICE motorcycles any time soon since I enjoy the sound and shifting, but an all electric track bike would be really interesting. Always in the right gear and never fussing with shifting means more bandwidth left for lines, throttle, and reference points - and thus lower lap times. Less maintenance too. A track is generally 20-30min on and 30-40 off, so charging would be no problem.

    That said, my Tuono is begging for a spin...
