    Kratom, ever heard of it?

    Me neither, not really surprising since I don't have a need for pain or mind altering drugs.

    Confession: Many months ago I did get one of those vape cigarette things from the smoke shop to help with sleep -two puffs and it knocked me out for hours (awake but could not move my legs) and I tossed it in the trash. It was some kind of high power marijuana extract (somehow legal these days).

    Looks like 5 or 10 million folks in the U.S. use this Kratom stuff. Illegal in some states, mildly regulated in a few others.
    Amazon search turns up a bunch of books on how to kick the Kratom habit.

    www.webmd.com says it is bad but the comments overwhelmingly say otherwise:
