in the process of doing the dirt work for enough houses to house over 200,000 people. My understanding
is that these houses will be for migrants.

I briefly worked for NTT in 2001 after they bought the IT company I was in B2B sales for. Turns out they only wanted our network infrastructure - the first thing they did was triple sales quotas and start firing sales reps, then they started rounds of layoffs for sales support, HR, marketing and everything else. Three months after the Japanese takeover, everyone who had worked for the company when it was acquired was gone.
