    Losing height as we age has a lot to do with posture.

    Often if we fix our posture, we can retain or regain some of our height.

    I cannot imagine that much height loss...are you sure?

    If so, I'm doomed to disappear from sight soon.
    I know a guy that's 80+ years old, was something like 6'4" or 6'5" when a young adult and below 5'9" at this point. Of course, he's on his feet a lot at work, but I was surprised when he told me he was once taller than me!
