    Again, I'm not paying attention. I have plenty of friends that home brew beer (a decent home brew is better than any commercial beer and an excellent home brew can't be compared) so I just figured that distilling your own spirits was ok. Just more complicated. WRONG!



    Seems like something else that ought to readdressed with our congress critters.

    My grreat grandfather used to make and run a little shine, and years ago, I had a girlfriend of hispanic decent whos grandmother made her own Tequila. I still have a bottle of it (after 15 years), and it is smoother than any Patron I have ever had, and gets better every day!

    "Possession" of anything should be legal - beer, spirits, plants, machineguns, explosives, etc. Only illegal actions committed using these items should be illegal.
