As I suspected, Stiles Switch observes the popular theme of closing on Mondays...presumably to rest up from a very busy weekend!!!
They were very crowded today at lunch-time; so I went to Shady Oaks instead. Had a one-hour wait time there, too

The Friday Lunch group used to go maybe quarterly; but I don't think we miss it now.
A little spendy for "lunch BBQ", IMO.

I thought they were spendy too and not that impressive. I like chicken and have had good luck at Smokey Mo's in Avery Ranch and Southside out in Hutto.

Will take the easy way out and pressure cook it before finishing under the broiler.
