Apologies if this has been discussed, but after a recent 5+ years overseas, it appears the regulations for Sten gun builds has changed.
I had parts kits and had purchased receiver tubes with templates to build receivers while using mostly original parts to make a semi auto closed bolt firearm.
I now have these tubes/templates and understand they are no longer acceptable for semi builds.
Firstly, do all y'all read the regs the same way I do?
Secondly, is there a market for my original sized receiver tubes?
I've no intention of going the NFA route for these builds, if my information is correct, and would prefer just selling the tubes.

Stens use a fixed "nipple" for a firing pin and therefore fires from an open bolt position.
Open bolt guns no longer legal to build by normal people. Perhaps some SOT can but there is no market for them.
    Sell the stuff on gunbroker.

I don't think anything has changed. Where did you see they did?

The receiver tube must be smaller as not to accept a FA bolt.......and the bolt must be modified to fit the semi receiver and and not fire from an open bolt position...the barrel must be of a legal length for semi auto rifles or registered as an SBR...

I am also unaware of the changes of which you referenced.......
