I called the dealership to ask what they used and nobody called me back.. big surprise.
I found this at O’Reilly and used it and I very happy with it. It seems to be very similar to what they used.
I’m going to use it after I wash the truck and it works on all surfaces like the wheels and plastic and wont leave any residue if you get it on tires or bumpers

The most beautiful silhouette pistol I ever saw had all the (non-stainless) metal highly polished with no finish applied. The guy who owned it said he cleaned as normal, stored it with a coat of oil, and sprayed it with Pledge whenever he took it out to use.When we prepped cars for shoots in my former career, most car prep vendors used pledge on tires
