Spammers and trolls

Just curious, I ran across a spammer on here couple minutes ago and reported his post. It was his first post but he’s been a member since 2016.

Do spammers and trolls really create accounts seven years prior to using them?

I believe we have seen that before on here I was just curious if they plan that far ahead…

Sleeper scammers. Usually a low post count, and worthless responses like “looks great.” Sometimes these are scammers that cracked a real account that has been unused for a long time, and had an easy password.

Already done, just trying to learn why they would do that. Just seems like this guy wasted a seven year old account for spam that wasn’t even clever.

Hackers take over old accounts and do hacker stuff.
Please report stuff like this asap.
