    Does this count?

Probably would have happened without CC though.
    wow, shortly after midnight

"Around midnight, police responded to a call about shots fired at Burton Drive near Oltorf Street. When officers arrived, they found a man in the road. He appeared to have been shot."

Ha ha.. naw my life will track right on along...after 90 days I'll look for any statistical significant difference in firearms related arrests then again in a year. This is a major step towards regaining Constitutional freedoms. I hope that the influx of out of state folks, illegal immigrants and our own Texas bred hot heads do not screw this opportunity up for all of us by "going to guns" or making armed threats over trivial accidents, road rage, ethnic "disrespect" or any other situation best resolved without firearms. When the 2022 elections roll around maybe we will show the nation that an armed society is a polite and safe society.

    Good question.
I don't know the answer either
Open and concealed is allowed without an LTC within the rules laid down by the new law: New signage 30.05, places where a non-LTC holder can not carry, and other issues of which non-LTC holders should be aware. While I am not advocating a particular class I would recommend taking a LTC class just to be familiar with the laws even if you decide not to get the permit.
