Smoked sausage recipes

Does anyone have a good smoked sausage recipe? I have a new grinder with a sausage stuffing tube, a10 point buck, and enough junk to cobble a smoker together. I just need a recipe.

My BIL mixes venison with ground pork butt. It's too lean without the pork. Salt and pepper to taste. Stuff it, smoke it, eat it.

It's a bit of work.
