Does this gun not have sites? Everything I see from factory had Adjustable front and rear.

I got it from a buddy just like this. He'd never fired it apparently. I just through a SightMark holo sight on it for sights.

All the 15-22s I've seen have come with removable sights, but they are just the UTG type and not terribly expensive to add to a rifle.

Some models came with Magpul BUIS and stock/grip.

I like the camo!
