Sig Sauer M17 Military Surplus Firearm
Decommissioned from the Modular Handgun System Program
Sig hasn't said how many of these will be released to the general public, but it's thought to be very limited, rumored to be in the range of 3,000.
These M17s are selling between $1,200 and $2,500 on GunBroker depending on the serial number and if the firearm has markings. Most do not have any marking and are in nearly unused condition. However, the one we received is a bit unusual as it has a white "31" on the grip and a "B7" sticker. Other than taking pictures, we haven't done anything to the firearm.
Price: Well, give us your best offer before we put it up for auction this Friday. We found two auctions with markings on the gun that sold for $1,781 and $1,936 (plus shipping and tax). The rest of the listings are either for low serial numbers (>$2,000) or for a nearly unblemished M17 (<$1,500).
