I'm thinking about getting a trijicon rmr for my benelli m2. I use it for plinking mostly but I wouldn't hesitate using it for defense. I can decide what size dot I want. I have a 1moa dot rmr on my acog. I'm thinking about the 3.25 or 6.5. What is everyone else using? Thoughts?

I don’t have a dot on my shotguns but a 6 moa dot feels about right for the application. They are easier to acquire faster and at typical engagement distance for shotgun, should be plenty accurate.

Ever since I bought my Benelli Entry Gun I have thought about thate the Ziess Z-Point off my MP5K & putting it onthe Benelli. I seen to either never had the money or the right option for the K. Then again my dumb ass Has been spending ACOG moneys on getting trees trimmed & raised gardens put in.

Hmm, cut down the trees for the firewood. The gardens at least will provide food, but damn.

ACOG would be nice tho. You should put an ACOG on the MP5K just because it would confuse the hell out of people.

I have a slug barrel for my Mossberg 500. It has crude rifle sights on it. It works plenty good enough for slugs, easy to ignore shooting clays.
If you’re shooting 00 or smaller pellets, point don’t aim.

Actually - they will be. EOTech announced their micro red dot sight at SHOT show this year.
