Purchased from one of our fine members here last weekend. Grabbed an assortment of my hand loads and factory ammo and kinda just went to town at 25 yards standing

Was shooting as fast as I could work the lever, then went to shooting steel. This thing is a hoot! ( glad I have a decent stash of .357/.38 and the components to make more)
Next was my standard wind down .22 shooting with one of my 10” MKII pistols.

and my standard , boring 100 shot groups.( again, 25 yards)

then another 100 at steel, and now back to the house to get on a Teams meeting:(

Congrats on your new acquisition. I have a 1894 Cowboy Limited in .357 and yes, it is a hoot to shoot.

Had 15 rounds of .357 left so I slow fired. I think, with a little more practice with this gun, I can get to boring, one hole groups.;)

Just to piss people off? :)
I have just grown accustomed to the factory sights sucking so much that I almost always put some kind of optic on everything now. The sights on this gun are truly old school Marlin, meaning the bullet goes where you put the sight.
I am tempted to just leave it as is, but since there is already a Weaver rail on it...........:clown:
