Land around Marietta to Douglasville is going in the 4K range for 20 to 50 acres, no water, no power. Under 20 acres is in the 5k range
Nice, appreciate the heads-up. The land we found is 55 acres, water line running through the front (realtor didn't know it, a little searching saw water meters and water pipeline markers in neighboring property) and same with power - getting hooked up to service is dirt cheap for that particular tract.
