    For a state that has an "assault weapons" ban in place and "hi-cap" magazine ban as well, you would think things like this wouldn't happen???

    The gun clearly came from another state which doesn't have common-sense gun control laws. Or the gun-crime rate of NJ.

    Yeah...no shit! I wonder...how can that be? I mean, there is a law against it, I just don't understand. Maybe they need to make more laws like that. That's the answer. Because eventually, criminals will grow a conscious, and stop using those mean old guns to kill people.
