Hmm, surprising actually. I spent some time working there in '09. It's like an anything goes kind of city. Open air red light district (Chicken Street). Pimps handing out business cards with pictures and phone numbers for their hoes at the boardwalk. Drug dealers openly selling in bars. It was like New York meets Vegas meets Babylon.
