Was scanning local channels to see if anything was happening. One station had some people in the fence of a construction area... then the cops surrounded them. So now the cops told them, come out peacefully & you can walk away. Resist & you will be arrested. Looked like they were waiting on the group to make a decision to come out or be arrested.
