I bought this set on Ebay about 18 years ago. Have not been able find another set since. If I knew then what I know now....

    AZRefugee,

AIN'T that the PURE TRUTH. = I cannot tell you how many WWII "SURPLUS" 1911 pistols, in GREAT shape, that I failed to buy at Canton for 50-75 bucks a decade ago.

I remember WITH SADNESS the USS&S 1911 in MINT condition that I didn't buy because my (way back then) wife didn't want to wait for me to go look for a place to cash a check for 75 bucks.
(She said, "I'm tired & hungry. I want to go HOME You don't need to buy another old Army gun.")

I wouldn't even guess what that 111A1 would be worth in MINT condition in 2021 but it would be $$$$$$$.

    ours, satx
