Thanks. Because I service & sell water softeners, I deal with a lot of folks new to the area, and many times they need a tradesman or handyman that'll treat 'em right. I've seen more than my share of hack jobs by lazy trades, so I keep a list of good trades in my phone for those customers. Those folks know they get referrals from me because they'll do the job right at a fair price - and if they don't, they won't get another referral from me.
