relating to the enforcement of certain federal laws regulating
firearms, firearm accessories, and firearm ammunition within the State of Texas, creating a criminal offense.

if passed... this would allow any Texas Law enforcement officer to arrest anyone who attempts to enforce any federal firearms laws in this state. More precisely any feral law, executive order or regulation enacted AFTER Jan 1, 2021

Actually allows the state to defund any jurisdiction that attempts to enforce 'certain' Fed laws - not explicitly stated - and provides a criminal penalty for anyone that attempts to enforce Fed laws. SB513 is more specific on the 'type ' of Fed laws prohibited. Both appear to require a law suit or other complaint action.
