Hit a bunch of academy’s last week, and ended up with several more boxes of ammo, so I was able to put about 40 rounds down range this afternoon. It is unreal how accurate this thing is! (I will be real surprised if I don’t get another one in .308!) I had ammo ranging from 95 grain varmit loads, all the way up to 147 grade Hornady match ammo. The mag holds 8 rounds, so I just shot five 8 round groups with 5 different loads at 100 yards. The largest group of the 5 was just over .5” (that was the last group I shot with a hot barrel using the 95 grain varmit hunting rounds). And even though I zero’d it with the 147 grain Hornady ELD Match, no matter what load I was shooting, nothing was more than
1” from point of aim. I resisted the creedmoor “hoopla” for as long as I could, but it is a flat shooting S.O.B.! And in this rifle, well it even makes ME look like I can shoot! I really want to try out Houston Shooting Center and their 600 yard range sometime.
