    Ya know I couldnt tell ya.
    Had that rifle over 40yrs and the scope was on it when Dad acquired it back in mid 70s.

    Hadn't seen the ball bearing locking for a while. Straight pull is definitely faster than a normal bolt, but why not just get a semi-auto?

    I've never seen a straight pull be as fast as some bolts, particularly Lee Enfields, especially when mated with proper technique

    My need for speed for follow up shots is almost zero.......rare that I need more than one when hunting....
