I have a Savage Model 19 in 22 Hornet....is it rare in this caliber? Most articles I researched showed Model 19 to have an alpha character such as L or D to denote caliber.

I thought the 19's in Hornet were marked 19H. I would think they would be somewhat rarer, but I don't know what kind of premium they would carry.
BTW, I guess this is in rimfire b/c it's a model 19 question, but you'd probably get more response in the rifle section.

I am in the same boat, I have a Savage Rifle in 22 Hornet. It is marked model 19 not 19H, but everything I have read says it should be a 19H if it is a hornet.
