She had a gun lock, so she was being safe or had a bicycle that needed locking up? Or maybe she was about to commit gun lock violence. I don't know why I find that funny but I do. She is definitely the first person that I have heard of that actually used one of those things

I missed that. I would guess it was a lock that came with the pistol, as some of mine did.
They said her threats started last month, so probably one of those "Dammit, Crooks MISSED!" loons.
