Not sure if this is the right section to post this. If not, feel free to move it mods.
    Gun- S&W 329pd
Loads- off the shelf remington and Winchester
Issue- the main spring keeps coming loose making the gun inoperable.
This happens after maybe 25 rounds or so of 44 mag.
    Anyone have ideas or suggestions?

Forgot to mention the tension screw is all the way tight when this happens.

No one knows. You’re the first to make it past 25 rounds.

Mine has the rear sight come loose. Call S&W they’ll send a return label and fix it.

try getting a new screw and spring, and remove the hillary lock, smith and wesson has been going down hill for decades now as far as their revolvers are concerned with their useage of poorly made MIM parts

Funny. I doubt that. It's not really that bad with off the shelf Winchester and remington. My 340pd with .357 mag stings more than the 329pd.

Thanks. That's not a bad idea at all.
