Why does that even matter to you?
You sound like a broken record every time a new member post to get enough to use the classified section.

Because the new post section is full of thoughtless new threads. It's obvious what he's doing. At least go comment in existing threads as to not clog up the forum with shit threads.

And it's the first time I've ever called anyone out for it so broken record? You need better records

Forget the scope, get a higher quality 22 rimfire rifle, then a scope. For the Ruger, an inexpensive Nikon will be fine, why buy more scope than you have gun.
I dumped $1,000 into a Ruger Takedown just to justify putting a good Vortex on it.

Or maybe it was just fun to see what I can do to improve the platform.

I mounted the UTG 3-9x32 Bug Buster scope on my takedown due to its small size so I can still put it all in the Ruger bag. It has stayed on target so far and I have really worked this gun over. I was concerned since it is a UTG and most of their components are lower quality, but this scope has proved differently. Last year it helped me harvest 6 squirrels and 5 cottontails with one shot.

Wow how did you get the squirrels and rabbits to line up like that?

When I bought one of the first Takedowns, I also bought a Weaver Series V 1-3x scope. It fits in the bag perfectly, and is a neat little scope for quick target acquisition at 1x up to 3x. Holds zero, no problem. They don't make it anymore, but I'm sure there are other low powered scopes of similar features.
