In the 70's his song "Paradise by the Dashboard Light" got me laid a few times. The only difference was that the girls I was with didn't stop for the commitment of marriage.....it was a different time back then.

I seem to remember that his health had been in decline for quite a while. Touring took a lot out of him, as he poured everything out in his shows. I liked his music, and he was a decent actor.
