Tend to agree.This article says the curfew states people can’t be in a public place. I wish I could find the order itself, but I haven’t been able to find it on the city or state website.

That being said, standing on my front porch is not occupying a public place. The paint markers now identify the location of someone who can be identified and investigated for having violated the curfew, which in that video is not the case.
That’s why I have no qualms with returning fire in that scenario.
They are on their own private property and the cops come shouting "get inside!".
Like my church buddy said "This is a test."
So far, we are an epic fail.
