Looking for suggestions for an mini reflex sight for my M&P22. I’ll most likely drop a Romeo Zero on it since that’s what’s on one of my alternate carry guns.

I’ll be using it to shoot Steel Challenge with and would prefer a 6moa green dot. My only two criteria are that 1) I’m not paying more than $250 for the site and adapter plate (egw makes one for $49): and 2) I’d rather buy once than try a bunch of knockoffs.

    What suggestions do y’all have?

Did some research on this last night and I think this is where I'm leaning currently:

If you can find the FF4, it has 4 different dot options:

You will need to get a mount too.

One thing I realized is that I should probably narrow the options to those that fit the mount I’ll most likely use. Below are the choices compatible with the mount that works for my pistol.

    Vortex Viper, Venom, Razor
    Burris Fast Fire 1, 2, 3, 4
    Docter
    ADE RD3-001, ADE RD3-002, ADE RD3-009
    UTG Reflex Micro Dot
    Crimson Trace CTS-1200, CTS-1300, CTS-1500
    Sightmark Mini Shot, Core Shot
    Bushnell RXS-100
    Jpoint
    Leupold Delta Point Pro
    Optima
    Redfield Accelerator
    Shield RMS, Shield RMSc, SMS
    Sig Romeo Zero
    C-More STS, STS2 & RTS2
    Trijicon RMR / SRO
    Holosun 407K*, 507K* / HE407C / HE407C X2 / HE507C / HE507C X2 / HS407C / HS407C X2 / HS507C / HS507C X2,

Hmm. Found a factory refurb Vortex Venom (3moa) for $140. Might just have made the decision.

Stay away from the ADE... got 1 last year for a Ruger MKIII ... that sight sux ass for the $$. It would never hold zero & where the off button is located, it is very easy to turn it on when putting the cover on

Burris FF3 $149 Put one on my new KelTec PMR-30 and love it!

    Amazon product ASIN B09HHSFKG3
I've got one on a Ruger 57 and another on a 22/45. No complaints. $149 is smokin'. New models probably out. Seriously giving a thought to grabbing a couple more. I wouldn't call them heavy duty optics that I'd bet my life on but they are great for the range/hunting.

I've had several different red dots on my Browning Buck Mark Target, but I chose to stay with the Burris Fastfire 3. It has been great for over a year.
