Definitely will need a picture of the grips when they come in, that should set it off really well. Very nice rig.

I have a friend of mine that has one of these with a 4" barrel, it is a tack driver.

Definitely will need a picture of the grips when they come in, that should set it off really well. Very nice rig.

Won them in an auction. They’re two piece but will likely need to get fitted for my Gen 3. I pray it’s not an issue. A local Gunsmith says he can do it. They came off a Gen 1. Really old but they look entirely in tact and no cracks. Cool almost light brown color.

A few months ago, a friend called me about a guy he knew that had a shoebox of gun parts he wanted rid of. Wanted to know if I wanted them. Figured why not?
Turned out to be almost a complete Rohm 22lr, it was missing the screw for the extractor. $.25 at the hardware store.
The other was missing the base pin, cylinder and base pin retainer. $154 and I have a Colt Peacemaker with 22 Mag cylinder.
Hell yeah.

George Patton called the Registered Magnum his “Killing gun”. He carried his with ivory grips with a 3.5 inch barrel. I always wanted one too.

I’m a revolver guy and have plenty but I’ll stop flooding the thread and stop with my favorite. A first year (1963) 2.5 inch python wearing preban ivory.
