In a property tax protest they send you the information on how they developed the tax appraisal. I need some information to corroborate my understanding of the data. Anyone? Vague I know. but if anyone is a tax appraisal expert might help.

Reach out to a local Realtor. Jump in your neighborhood facebook group and pose the question. Typically there are a handful of Realtors willing to help.
