    I bought this a few months ago and forgot to post the review. Haven't really used it much. Seems like every time I want to take it out there's just a tad too much wind for it. I have crashed it hilariously a few times. I can see the potential in getting cool shots with it, tho...

    My DJI Mavic Air 4 years old..had 2 of the 3 batteries fail to charge so I sent them into DJI
    Apparently they have a center in DFW

    Basically $100 each to get them rebuilt..ugh.

    lol, wow... Take them apart. They probably have some standard flat cells in them, or you could find some cells that fit the case.

    I doubt it's that simple. They have a microchip integrated so that after you charge them and don't use them within an time frame they automatically discharge down to 40% for storage

    They are way above my abilities to rebuild for sure

    That's not atypical for some BMS. It's possible they have a proprietary BMS that'll prevent rebuilds, but more often than not it's also a standard part.
    They are way above my abilities to rebuild for sure
    I mean if they are already trash it doesn't hurt to try.
