How much water are y'all losing during a week or every few days? I'm going to try the bucket test the next few days and see what that shows, but I'm curious about how much evaporation people are seeing in this area. I'm losing about an inch every 3 days or so from a 20x40 pool. As hot and dry as it's been I expect a lot of evaporation, but I'm not sure if this amount is normal.

In this heat, I drop a couple of inches a week in my pool that is roughly 15x30, 14K gallons and runs from 3ft to 5ft back up to 3ft.
If I run water through the rock wall, I'll drop that much in 3 or 4 days.

At first I thought I had a leak, but my salt levels aren’t dropping. So I don't think I'm losing water through anything but evaporation.

    Staggering isn't it?
Our 40,000 gal pool looses 3/4-1" of water every 2-3 days thru evaporation.
If we run the fountain we loose 1-1.5". Run the bucket test but keep in mind it's a bit less than the pool.
