I am passing on an AR 15 package to my brother. I was trying to figure out what a pre-beer flu price would be fair.

Bushmaster AR15 A2 style (looks just like early versions of the M16).

Medium grade scope (~$100) that mounts on carry handle

    20 pmags

    3 mil surplus pouches

    (4) bandoliers of 223 - 120 rnds each on stripper clips with a stripper clip guide in each bandolier. (480 rnds)

    50 rnds ballistic tip 223

    Wood cleaning stand

22 adapter kit (cmms?) with (3) 25 rnd
    magazines

    Tactical soft sided gun case

    I appreciate any inputs.

    thanks

You charge your brother? When you said passing on I thought you are giving it to your brother. I have given guns to my brother and he will inherit more. On the other hand he has enough money to pay me. No more freebies. That settled that.

Just sell it for what you have into it. Let him reap the rewards of being a family member with a knowledgeable gun guy as a brother. I lent my brother a sarb6p at the start of the plandemic fully aware that I won't get it back anytime soon and the last one I lent him he gave away to some hot chick who later ditched him.
    Se la vie.

I estimate close to $1,500.00 at pre-Covid prices, Since its your brother 1K

    AZRefugee,

Fyi, I would GIVE it to my brother (as I have several guns), UNLESS I was "POVERTY STRICKEN" & HAD to have some money for essentials. =Vaquero is 100% CORRECT, imo.

    yours, satx

This is in no way his first purchase. He has leaned towards the AK platforms (which is a good choice) and wanted to supplement it with an AR platform for diversification).

I am getting out of the AR platforms ( I lean towards the AK and HK rifles) so I was passing this on to him.

Any family members that needs one, will get one.

I probably should’ve expanded upon this a little bit in my initial post.
