    Gorilla tape?

On a long hike I found myself treating some blisters. I used some gorilla tape to hold down mole skin over some nasty feet blisters. The gauze shifted and the gorilla tape stuck to the actual blister......not good.
    Practically ripped the blister off.

The story I linked above explains the reason for the beak on the mask.
Turns out i was bored enough to read it.
    Not disappointed.

" Antoine Barthélemy Clot-Bey argued that the bird-like plague masks themselves were responsible for the spread of the plague because they made people scared, and a frightened body was at greater risk for disease."

Sounds like a modern day liberal snowflake.

In theory, if the correct essentials oils are used, it may actually help.

    thieves essential oils blend
https://plaguesage.com/ (I was today year's old when I found out thieves was not actually used during the black plague - had not researched the truth of that.)

My son showed me this pic.

My Theraband latex band came in. I’ve cut a strip that goes under my chin and up the sides of my mask to make a seal around the bottom and sides of the mask.

I really don’t want to tape the delicate skin under my eyes. Some 1/4 inch rubber tubing from Amazon will be coming in this week. I’ll run some elastic through a strip of the tubing and put this on before the mask and position it right under the mask’s metal strip to see if it will fill the gaps that are obviously still there.

The virus can get into your eyes as well, so I’m going to try to use strips of the same rubber tubing to fill gaps in some safety glasses.

This is all mostly for fun to see if I can do it. That’s the attitude I’m having, I’m not fearful.
