Going to call BS on this then... I was passed up for a job interview in college with IBM because I was white (and male, they did interview the only female in the class, too). My Hispanic friend got the job, and is still there 30 years later.

I was passed up for promotion at my last employer because they needed more minority POC in middle management.

I was unable to go get food after dark in East Washington DC neighborhood when working late... had to have a POC go get me dinner (at his insistence)

These are just a few examples... I don't cry and whine about it- but I also don't buy into this Bovine Scatology.

I had a letter of recommendation from the wife of an ex president of the King Ranch, at the time the largest ranch in the world, not to mention Texas.
I blew the written part out of the water.
