Traceroute / tracepath often won't give relevant info for this type of issue, as most routers are configured to prioritize ICMP much differently than TCP. Just a hunch, but it feels like a buffer issue at some point in the chain, which may be tough if even possible to pin down. Could be as simple as a temporary saturation at some peering point.Also attaching 10k Packets to my traceroute command the site automatically blocked me and I can no longer access it from my network. I'm typing from my phone on the Verizon network. Someone contact Ben or another admin to unblock my IP address lol.
