And, as usual...............
WRONG!!!
The logistics of dealing with multiply types of ammunition are aggravating enough that I decide what to take to the range based on it. Today is .45 day, tomorrow is .380 day. This way I don't have a row of boxes taking up limited space. I wish I could just settle on 9mm exclusively, but it's not entirely practical with the carry weapons. I am working to whittle it down. All of my revolvers are in rimless calibers at least.Just a curiosity question. Do you think think it's best to own multiple handguns in the same caliber or do you feel you should have several different caliber handguns in your collection?
I've got 3 357 mags and 5 22LR.Just a curiosity question. Do you think think it's best to own multiple handguns in the same caliber or do you feel you should have several different caliber handguns in your collection? Do you feel there's a point where you have "too many" pistols in the same caliber? I know answers will vary, I just wanted to hear some different opinions.
You really gonna leave us hanging?...ah ain't gonna post up safe pics. The floor always gets slippery when ah do.
I have four different calibers of 1911. Obviously 9mm and 45acp are the majority.I don't see a reason to only have one caliber. I think i've got 6, obviously I have more ammo for some than others though
380 is the only caliber I have only one gun in. I got it years ago for times when anything larger wouldn't work. I now have a P938 which is as good for concealment as the .380.During and after the last ammo shortage, lots of people narrowed down their gun collections to a single caliber for handguns. I took the opposite approach and decided to make sure I had at least one gun in all the most popular cartridges. Now that 9mm is so hard to find some of those people are regretting that decision.
If one .45 is good, two gives you a .90 if you can shoot that tight.
