    One simple solution for a few limitations.
    Make sure the surface is free of oil residue by cleaning it with alcohol and a new paper towel.
    Keep in mind this is paint and it begins to solidify quickly, so, if it begins to look overworked wipe it off with a wet paper towel and start again.
    Glow-On is fast drying, but adherence takes some days to become permanent, let it cure for a few days
