    Does anyone incorporate Olympic Lifts into there training?
    Yes, they're probably one of the best ways to build balanced strength and size. It's best to get someone who knows how to do them properly to start you off on them since there's a chance of severe injury if they are done incorrectly.

    I do but as stated above they are fairly dangerous. I worry less about dropping weights on myself than twisting my knee or throwing out my back. Best way IMO is to ease into the heavy barbell snatch and c/j movements. There's a lot of variations with dumbells, kettlebells, and partial range of motion. You tube is an excellent resource for proper technique, believe it or not. Olympic lifts are a work out in themselves. Either of the lifts and many of their variations are near a full body workout and also have a solid aerobic component if rest periods are kept under 90 seconds.

    I do and actually used to compete in the OL's, but I find that doing the olympic lifts with kettlebells much safer.
