I had see the trailers for the movie Old Henry, but when I looked for theater times, I couldn't find any. Seems it's in 'limited release'. Probably because it has 1) guns and 2) no big stars. (Trace Atkins has a small role, and is probably the most recognizable actor.) My wife found out it was on one of the streaming services on cable (vuvo? vovu? something like that) so we watched it tonight. It's a terrific movie, with a great and different plot. If you like westerns, I highly recommend it.
This is not giving away too much of the plot, but the lead character is Henry McCarty, which is the name of a real guy who changed his name to William Bonney and was subsequently better known as Billy the Kid.
