He apparently lives at the home? A patient.
Although police dont know or didnt say why. Maybe family run type of deal or it's more of a group home or rehab type of place.

This story is sad on multiple levels IMHO. First the fact that we warehouse our parents in places like this. Second scumbags work in these places & do this sort of crap on a daily bases. Third there is a good chance this pretty much will be swept under a carpet. Fourth the money these cesspool charge & the services delivered. Fifth this placeis still open. Sixth another fleck of shit is hired.

Be careful about assumptions. Some people have medical or psychiatric conditions that cant be managed at home. They aren't being warehoused.

While gross generalizations, I cant find much fault with the rest as it happens all too often. Greed always plays a part in places the gooberment subsidizes.

These horror stories about nursing homes and care facilities are not rare, and it probably happens much more than we are aware of. Many of those abused, or neglected, or treated without any regard to their well being, are probably not able to speak up about it. Simply because some are dismissed as just being old and senile, or have mental issues. I suspect many are not taken seriously, unless something really bad happens to them.
