It use to piss my second ex-wife off that she thought many times I wasn't listening to her rant over something, and she would suddenly stop, and say, "You didn't listen to a word I said, did you?"

What pissed her off, I could appear as if I hadn't and I would repeat back, almost word for word what she ranted about!
