How does one know you got the WhuHu Flu if not tested? I am not a doctor but did stay at a Hoilday Inn Express. Just wondering how one decides what kind of flu.

I know because I had scheduled blood work done, and my dr. threw in a test for antibodies.
Mine were literally off the chart.
I reckon technically I was tested, but I didn't do the nasal swab test.
