Do you get that weird phenomenon were your nose will be clear, than you get up to pee and it just changes everything in your nose? Lay back down and start sneezing, plugs up and running. Drives me insane!

Ya the crap in my sinus will move and cause everything to go haywire. I cant sleep congested so I've gotta use nose spray or something to clear it up. I find the steroid does a good job of keeping the histamine response under control so you dont get filled sinuses to begin with or have the sneezing attacks.

2 shits in each side once a day.

ETA I mean shots. Lol. I was gonna change it but everyone can have a chuckle at my fat fingers on the keyboard.

Just remember the steroid nose sprays can take 5 days till they fully kick in but then with daily use they work wonders. I have found that regardless of the brand/generic or the actual steroid, I think there are 2 or 3 different ones, they all work the same


There is a new one that is supposed to work in about an hour but its probably pretty expensive.

The new one is Astepro. It's not a steroid but an actual antihistamine that can be used 2x a day. Works in 30 min and costs about 17 bucks OTC.
