This day is starting off like a Monday. Office pushed out some changes to peoples laptops and did a reboot overnight. Now they won’t reboot. Waiting for next available with the help desk.... I might need to start the weekend early.

I love it when things like that happen. Our issues tend manifest first and we have to then ask questions to figure what was changed. This usually ends up with responses such as "we didn't change anything", or "we changed xyz last week but it shouldn't be causing the issues that you are seeing".
